Worship Isn’t A Carnal Weapon
Worship is vehicle that allows us access into God’s throne room and access to his presence. Worship allows us to express our gratitude and heartfelt desires to God, it is a blessing to mankind because it has opened a platform for us to commune with God.
Worship glorifies and blesses God and it’s in the process that you find that the satanic kingdom is destroyed. Over time we have learnt that worship is a very powerful weapon for…Continue
Daniel 9:25a Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks.
24 Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: "I am the LORD, who made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself,
25 who frustrates the signs of liars and makes fools of diviners, who…

Happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship, for they will walk in the light of your presence, Lord. They rejoice all day long in your wonderful reputation. They exult in your righteousness. You are their glorious strength. Our power is based on your favor. Psalm 89:15-17 (NLT)
The intentional worshiper is a blessed individual, as is the sincere praiser. Today's meditation is letting us know the positive consequences of those who answer the call to worship. First,…

Worship That Opens Up The Heavens
Today we talk about worship that opens up the heavens starting from the book of Judge Chapter 6, it is how God called Gideon made life his life peculiar. I always say that Worship is a response and that Worship is obedience, how many of us respond to God or his promptings. I pray that after reading through this article God will open your eyes and give you a life that responds and obey in Jesus Name.

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked. . .But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. Psalm 1:1(a), 2 (NASB)
When we consider the word "walk" a couple of things may come to our minds. One way to think about "walk" is the human ability to stand up, make ourselves mobile and put one foot in front of the other with the goal in mind to…
See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are! But the people who belong to this world don't recognize that we are God's children because they don't know him. I John 3:1 (NLT)
Love is defined many different ways; depends on who you ask. It is a subject that when you ask ten different people about it you may well get ten…Continue

I have a hymnal published in 1976 by Paragon Associates, Inc. called Hymns for the Family of God. I flip through it fairly often even though my church doesn’t really use hymnals anymore. It’s the hymnal that was used in the churches my dad pastored growing up. It’s familiar and I’m comfortable with it. I can easily locate my favorite hymns and the index is organized in a much nicer way than many other hymnals I’ve used. My favorite thing about the hymnal, however, is the opening…Continue

Reverence comes from a primitive root which means to fear; causatively to frighten: affright, be (make) afraid, dreadful fear, tremble. The dictionary will tell us that fear is deep respect, if that’s the case then what does reverence mean. I believe that fear doesn’t bring us escape from God but bring us closer.
If you would read the Amplified Bible you will realize that they replaced the word fear with reverence. There is power when we come before God with our…Continue

I’m currently working on material for my new EP. This year it will be eight years since I released my first album. One of the things I’ve noticed over the years is that songwriting can often take longer the more you write. This is probably due to the fact that I strive to find new ways of expressing ideas all the while trying to keep the sound fresh. However, songwriting under pressure or ‘to order’ can always be a challenge – you either sink or swim. Sometimes I find that…
