I have been married 25 years, and have 4 adult kids. We have always been involved in leading or assisting in worship settings. My 3 youngest kids are involved in leading worship as well. My two youngest go to Christ for the Nations Inst. in Dallas, TX where my son Andrew has been serving on the main praise team as well as leading worship in several area churches. He has also been regularly involved in the Harp & Bowl prayer room there on campus. This year he will have a regular position at a local church. This will be Rachaels first year there but she will definitely be trying out for the worship teams and will get involved in the harp & bowl prayer room as well.
My son James is here in Bangor and has served as the main worship leader for the Crossing Fellowship for the last 6 years. He grew up leading worship in his youth group at Abundant Life Church here in Bangor. Revival really hit him at a young age and lit him up. He is also a University of Maine student; studying to be a Christian Councellor.
My oldest, Jordan, is married to an awesome young lady and they reside in Richmond, VA. He is a manager for an AllState insurance agency and his wife is a school teacher.
My wife Ellen, homeschooled the three youngest kids all the way through school and now is finding herself with time to see what God has in store for the next chapter of her life individually as well as us collectively.
I own a music store on Main St. in downtown Bangor, ME called Knapp's Music Center. It has been in business since 1952. I am 12 1/2 years into owning it.
