Yea I'm embarrased to admit the Lollapalooza attendance... and all the dark and grungy bars with loud and angry music... I am SO GLAD that's not where I am anymore. Praise God for good things. I love being in the light :)
Hey Ron,
I thought I would respond here to your response about leaving a church. Because I'm in a real dilemma, I am preaching to myself. This is what I believe the Lord would say to you in His infinite love and grace. Be sure you are leaving for the right reasons. That could be that you know that your spirit man is not growing-the Word is milk and you need more, God has challenged you to move on for whatever reason He has spoken to you about, or there is sin going on that is not tolerable. If you are angry, frustrated, offended, hurt, these are usually not the reason to leave, but an opportunity for God to grow you. Of course, that's different from abuse, and when you are hurt, it may be difficult to make a decision. When emotions are raw, important life decisions should NOT be made (and so, the divorce rate screams out to us...) Separating from a church body is a life decision and should not be taken lightly. We need to really wait until our racing minds quiet down, get with GOD and GOD alone (people can really cloud up good decision making on both sides). If you are going to speak to someone, make sure that person is not a wound licker, but a brother or sister who will, no matter how much they love you, TELL YOU THE TRUTH in love. Remember this very important thing...the way you leave one place is the way you will enter another. Leave on good terms, as much as it is possible. The best way is that your pastor blesses you as you go. I know this is not always the case, but it is the best scenario.
I hope this helps, Ron. I know it's no easy decision. I'm going through right now in ways that make me want with all that's in me to run and run and just keep running, but God is still my Rock, and it's in HIM I live and move and have my being...
Love you, my brother...
LOL! And a dog day afternoon to you. I DID read the entry you asked me to, and because of my own situation, I'm trying to be wise and thoughtful about it. Give me a little time to respond...but I will, I promise.
I love Mark Hall! We emailed a small bit way back when they were not so known, touring with Steven Curtis Chapman...he's a great guy! Invite him in here!!!!
Hi Ron! Hey I used to listen to the same music. I used to really love rage and soundgarden. It's funny, even though I don't listen to it anymore, if I catch a song on the radio or somewhere, still know a lot of the words. That's how music is! Anyway thanks for the friend request. Great photos.
Hey Ron,
The new pup is really my pup-in-law...my sister-in-law's dog, Pebbles! Cutie, isn't she? I don't twitter, and I don't want to...lol! Too many addictions already--like THIS site!!!
Hope you are having a blessed week!
Hey my brother! :)
My weekend was a challenge to finish up a very challenging week. But-the good news is that God is showing me how to dig in with Him, deeper and deeper...as deep calls unto deep...
Hi Emma and Ali! Caleb is snoring on my feet, but I'm sure he'd say hi if he were awake!
i was with a band...Deeper Still. That CD, "A Day Like Today" is on iTunes. My new stuff is solo. That will be on itunes at some point after the cd releases. should be out within the next month or so! i hope!
thanks bro! about to release my 3rd cd...then will follow with a cd series...all live stuff. we just sorta...get together and go for it! its always a good time when we get together with Him, eh?
Hi Emma and Ali,
Did I tell you that one of my best friends is a Weimy named Beauregard? (Beau for short) I love being able to run straight under him without ducking! He's a great pal, but he's a little strange...like to suck on a blanket when he's resting on the couch! I've got to show you a pic of that one of these days! I would love to meet you too. Unfortunately, my mom never takes me with her when she flies anywhere-like when she went to California this summer. I guess you two will have to come here! Just give me a day or two notice so I can bake you a carob cake!
See ya! Caleb!
Well, in all reality, we are brother and sister in Christ! I'm honored to be your sister! Love the internet for joining worshipers together like this from across the nation and the world!

Could you keep me informed as of when they will be on? Thanks. Did you notice the one picture of Martha Munizzi holding my daughter Selah?
Thanks
Jaime
