Dance lessons Tuesday night

Go for it! Getting up and moving is always good, and you'll probably find that your music grows as a result of this experience. Keep me posted! :)

Hey a commend you Elman if my wife sees this I'll be right behind you. Still waiting for the right time to take lessons :) Have a great time maybe we'll see you on TV. Please keep me posted on your progress and how it works out for future references.

OK, first day and I'm sore. And I exercise regularly! You don't realize how many unused muscles are involved in this type of dancing. It was fun. We started with basic walking forward and backwards moves, then joined up with our partners. My Pastor and his wife also joined the class as well as one other couple from our church. So now we must practice at home what we were taught.

Went to our second lesson and things are really going good. My Pastor and his wife have been coming also and another couple from our church. The teacher is really good, she works one on one with you if you need help. My problem is I've had back surgery and still deal with a sciatic nerve problem. Dancing of this form seems to aggravate the nerve and my small toes goes numb as well as my achiles. But we bare and grin it and have fun. I know my wife is enjoying so much and at least I'll be able to take her dancing on our cruise in April.
