Back in the mid 1980's my wife and I worked with AIM (Africa Inland Mission) up in the Northwest corner of Kenya, in a small village (then) called Lokichogio. It has now grown to city of over 35,000 people. The tribe were the Turkana people.

Just this past spring, my daughter and I spent 1 month in Mozambique working with SAM minitries. Now our home church here in Canada is partnering up with Father's Heart Ministries in Kenya, and I hope to travel back to Kenya again on behalf of our church. I guess you could say that Africa is on my heart!

Welcome to WTR, Moses. As someone who worked as a missionary in Africa many years ago, I'm always happy to see our African brothers and sisters getting involved in the Church at large. There is so much we can all learn from each other. I hope you enjoy the site!
Rick
