About Me:
I came down out of a church choir loft in 1978 to say 'yes!' to Jesus, and I've never looked back. It's been a joy to serve our awesome God and live in relationship with Him because of His grace and the sacrifice of my Savior, Jesus. I've been a Minister of Music & Worship for 30 years. I love to lead God's people in worshipping Him. I'm also a composer, w/ music published by Shawnee Press (now under Hal Leonard), Lorenz, Choristers Guild, & Lifeway. My web-based publishing company, Boydbrain Music, offers Choral Anthems, Praise Songs, Orchestrations, & Vocal Solos.
My wife, Cindy, and I have been married for 36 years. We have 7 children. Our married daughter lives in Texas, and our 6 boys, ages 7 to 19, still live at home. Our music, worship, & discipleship blog can be found @ www.worshipsounds.wordpress.com

I love everything from Chris Tomlin and Matt Redman to Fernando Ortega, Steven Curtis Chapman, Chris Rice, John Waller, Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Josh Wilson, and even artists that have been around for awhile like Twila Paris, Don Moen, Susan Ashton, and even the Gaithers.

Confusion about Worship Music
