- About Me:
- I have been a worship musician since 1992, mostly focused on electric bass. I have written a couple of worship songs for my church, along with a fair amount of other music (VBS, Christmas musicals, some secular jazz tunes, etc.) I write about music for a "living" when I'm not taking care of my wife and two sons. My wife, Christie, and I host a monthly Christian songwriters' showcase and head up a local artists' fellowship.

- Anything that isn't stale, cliched and totally uninspired. My tastes range from Chris Rice, Daniel Amos, The 77s, The Choir and Adam Again to Chris Mars, The Cavedogs, John French, Thelonious Monk and Arthur Blythe.
- Favourite Books / Authors
- Bible; Steve Turner's "Imagine: A Vision for Christians in the Arts" (mandatory reading for any Christians involved in any aspect of the fine arts); Charlie Peacock's "At the Crossroads"; Brennan Manning's "The Ragamuffin Gospel"; Bob Briner's "Roaring Lambs"; Rory Noland's "The Heart of the Artist"
