First of all, I would like to thank you folks who thought of me and prayed for me during this process. My interview was last Monday, December 15. It went pretty well and I was very pleased with the whole experience when I left the VA hospital in Nashville. I went in there with the confidence and trust that God will always be with me and my family. I was not even nervous during the entire hour even with the presence of the unexpected panel of physicians and the department head that met with me.… Continue

Life has been blessed and awesome as always. On the 15th of this month, I am flying to Nashville, Tennessee for a job interview at a government-run medical facilty. This has been sort of unexpected because I had applied for this position about 3 months ago and I haven't heard from the facility until last week when they scheduled me for this upcoming event. After taking a break from the worship band at my church, I am grateful for drinking from the "Springs of Renewal"! I played during Sunday service yesterday and it was amazing! The Holy Spirit was definitely with the whole church.
As I look forward to more fellowship opportunities with the band, more rehearsals for the upcoming holiday season, I keep in mind that God has placed me in my church as part of the many servants that reach out to the hearts of many through the gifts our Lord… Continue

- My wife and I worship at Sierra View Community Church. She's been attending there since she was a small child. I didn't start attending regularly since I started college. Still there are a lot of elements of a Lutheran worship service that I love and miss. :) God has really blessed our ministry at SVCC though so I feel very affirmed to be there.
