Doing Everything...
I am a new volunteer worship leader of a newly planted church (about 7 years ago). I started helping out with leading worship about 3 months ago... The pastor is used to having to do everything by himself. (We meet in a school so we have to set up sound systems and chairs for main service and children's church every Friday night).
