( 2 X 800) means each speaker should be rated at least 800 watts or higher (preferred higher). This will insure that you won't blow a speaker."

Thanks for your reply . I appreciate your input. I played all the instruments except drums. The drums are a sampled loop that works in the DAW I use. I would prefer a live drummer to put down traks. maybe someday.
