Elman Authement has been writing Christian music for almost 30 years. I've recorded 3 CDs with my church worship team, TFC Praise Team and one solo project, Glorious Songs. I play guitar, sing, (don't dance/ I have two left feet) and I'm a Bible teacher. I'm married to the most amazing woman in the world! I love coffee with hazelnut creamer and creme brule' (liquid please not powder)!

Yesterday I brought my newly mastered CD to Accupress, a comany that will be doing the artwork for my new CD, "Glorious Songs". It should only take a couple of days to approve the work and then it'll be sent off for replication. They're telling me a 12 to 14 day turnaround before I'll get my CDs shipped to my front door. Can't wait!

Happy Easter to all! Today we leave from New Orleans on a Western Carribean cruise aboard the Norwegian Spirit. We'll be visiting Costa Maya, Santo Tomas Quatemala, Belize, and Cozumel. I may be away from the computer a lot so excuse me if I don't repspond qucikly.

Dance lessons Tuesday night

Ok so my wife and I have enrolled in some dance lessons at the college nearby my home. Not your typical "line dancing" either. The waltz, romba and all those other classical dances you see on "Dancing With The Stars". Of course they won't be that extreme. Just trying to get the basics. This is my wife's dream...to dance with her husband and I sweep her off her feet like the movie with Richard Geer. I forget the name. It's all for love...

Thanks for the warm welcome, Elman.  Looks like I've found a great resource at Worship The Rock.

 

Been a very long time since I was in Thibodaux.  Graduated high school in Shreveport, 1968.  Went to college in Monroe, 1969.  First roommates I had was from Sicily Island and Marksville.  They called me a yankee.  Probably right.  Now I'm in Kansas, worshipping God every chance I get.

I came looking for your new song and in looking read a little bit about you and saw that u like coffee with hazelnut creamer which happens to be my "drug" of choice
If you ever end up anywhere in or near Connecticut you have to come by for cup of coffee
I would dare to say that it's the best coffee at least in the state!
