Hymns

Do any of you still do traditional hymns in your services?  I have been doing contemporary for many years now and have just been hired as a worship leader at a church that has been doing mostly traditional hymns.  They now want a mix.  What are some good hymns that can be done in a bit more contemporary way?See More

"I agree with Martyn on this point and I think his recommendations are great. These people write in a hymn-ish way, and after you cover some of their songs you'll find that you can start to think "hymn" too! :)"

About Me:
I had a Chrisian band for 5 years doing all original music. We always did a worship set. Then one day I was asked to become worship leader of a start up church. Did that for about a year. Then God opened the door for a full time position at an Air Force Base leading worship for their contemporary service. And that is where I am now...and loving it too I might add.
