Worship/Teaching Team

I have felt led to start a worship/teaching team to travel around the Vegas and surrounding areas to spread the gospel and teach His word.  The only thing is I haven't the slightest idea of where to start or how to get folks interested.  The people at my church are wonderful, but are very "boxed" in to the way they do things.  God is taking me in a different direction to outreach and make disciples of men.  I just don't know where to start.  Does anyone have any ideas?
