I have been praying about adoption. I saw on News 8 Austin on Sunday afternoon a piece on two brothers and a sister. The sister is sad because she stays in a different home than her brothers. She doesn't like being separated from them. There is a program called Forever Families that looks for people to adopt. I wrote down the number but have not called about it yet. I have been single since 2003 when my ex-husband divorced me. I am aware that single people can adopt, too, though.
