Hi, Barb - Please accept my deepest sympathies for the loss of Cathy. I had heard that she had been diagnosed a few months ago, but I had no idea that it was such an aggressive cancer. I am stunned and so saddened. It is indeed such a blessing that you were able to see her when you did - I know that you two were so close. Death is always so hard on the ones left behind -- her husband must be a wreck -- but at least there is comfort in knowing that she is with our Lord now, safe in His arms and free from the pain she had been experiencing. I will remember her as a talented musician and, more importantly, as a sweet and humble person who always had a good word to say and a positive outlook on life. She was a great lady who will be so missed!
