Sue, I found a really great video by Flannel called Fellowship. Check out this link http://store.flannel.org/films/basic/fellowship.html
I think it could be helpful to pull the whole team together to view this video and talk about the principles shared in the context of your music ministry.
Comment by Sue on January 16, 2011 at 6:09am Hello. I'm in a couple of worship teams and have been a worship leader myself for over twenty years. I'm having problems understanding something. The worship leader in the church worship team I belong too only responds to questions regarding our worship team if she responds to me.
You see, the other worship teams I'm in and have been in also have relationship with one another outside the team. The worship leader for our church only responds to me when it's my week to be on the team and only about music. She will not reply to things like "I heard you have been ill. How are you?". Or "do you have enough musicians this week?" She also never asks how I am also. For some reason this is frustrating me.
