Now that it has clearly become one song . . ., I would like to know if you find it singable.
verse 1:
Worthy, You were.
Worthy, You are.
Worthy, You're always gonna be.
Its who You are.

verse 2:
Mighty, Your name.
Mighty, Your arm.
Mighty in Presence and in Power.
Its who You are.

chorus 1:
Lord, You are Holy and Righteous,
Sovereign, Just, and Boundless.
Our Lord is Love!
Lord, You're Unchanging and Gracious,
Merciful and Matchless.
Your name be praised! Your name be praised!

verse 3:
Faithful, You were.
Faithful, You are.
Faithful, You're always gonna be.
Its who You are.

chorus 2:
Your hand is mighty to save us,
Your Spirit, to change us.
Our Joyous King!
And Your delight is our treasure,
Your heart is what we're after,
And that's what You're offering!

chorus 1:
Lord, You are Holy and Righteous,
Sovereign, Just, and Boundless.
Our Lord is Love!
Lord, You're Unchanging and Gracious,
Merciful and Matchless.
Your name be praised! Your name be praised!

verse 4:
Grateful, we are
the redeemed of You!
Grateful, forever and always.
Redeemed by You.

chorus 2:
Your hand was mighty to save us,
Your Spirit, to change us.
Our Joyous King!
And Your delight is our treasure,
Your heart is what we're after,
And that's what You're offering!

chorus 1
Our Lord is Holy and Righteous,
Sovereign, Just, and Boundless.
Our Lord is Love!
Our Lord is Unchanging and Gracious,
Merciful and Matchless.
His name be praised! Jesus' name be praised!

Tricia, I just posted the chart for this song song this evening. Here is the link http://www.songwriterjen.com/charts.php
Hey Jennifer! I did find the song very singable. A real easygoing flowing song. I enjoy the truthfulness of the lyrics. And how the first harmony came in and then the second harmony. I'm really into that sort of thing. Be blessed!
Well Done! I love it!
Hi Jennifer,
Really nice song! Great melody and harmony, and it's catchy and simple. I enjoyed listening to that!
Hi Jennifer, I was taken by this right off! I would love a copy of the chord chart for my praise team.

Thanks for using the gifts He gave you for His Kingdom!

Jen
THank you so much!
Great feel, great singing, great song! Like someone mentioned in an earlier post, I could also listen to this song over and over and probably not get tired of it : ) Definitely singable, in my opinion. I think I'm gonna give your page a visit and listen to some of your other songs...I do like the way you sing...smooth : ) Thanks for sharing!
I liked this. From your comments, it sounds like this is some sort of combination of two songs you've been working on for a while, but it all fits together nicely. As such, I'd probably be tempted to cut it down to v1 v2 c1 v3 c1 c2 (and maybe even just pick one of the two choruses and use it all the way through). One verse each for Worthy, Mighty and Faithful and that's enough.

A couple lyrics I would also be tempted to tweak: "Our Lord is Love" - everything else in the song is sung TO God, so this line is a bit out of place - I would look for something more like "Lord, You are love." And then that very last chorus also goes into third person "about God" rather than "to God." Also, except for that "His" in the last line of the last chorus, this one is gender-neutral (does not use male pronouns to refer to God without sounding like it was twisted all out of shape for that purpose), and that would be a plus in some situations...

Overall, very nice, and I think it would work well in worship.
