Hi Fred. It's good to see new people coming into recording worship. Its a fantastic way to get His Word out to ears that may have never heard before. I pray you are blessed by this forum in your music ministry. There is a ton of good tech knowledge here.

Thanks, Brett...that's what the studio 'techno wiz' guy said..that you had to upgrade...I have stuff recorded in 7.3 but now that studio is busy so I'm trying to find a studio to mix at..the 7.3 was amazing! If the 7.4 is better than that then..

Pretty sure the only way to get 7.3.1 to 6.4 is by upgrading your 6.4...sorry for the news! I don't even think you can save to an older version on the newer version machine (which is the way you could do it in 5 and 6). I don't work for digi and am not a huge fan of the forever upgrade syndrome, but 7.4 was totally worth the upgrade for me from 6.4. I haven't made the jump to 8 yet, but the 6.4 to 7.4 was huge!

@Mike: Has anyone here used the Royer R121 ribbon mic???

Yeah - it's a beautiful sounding mic. Used it on drums, in the studio.
