I propose that a handfull of us were drawn to this 'group' for a reason. I would like to explore this 'reason' and possibly open up a conversation. In the 'guidelines' for this group #2 is 2. Only start a new discussion in this forum if you're adding a Pentecost related song you've written......so where can we talk more about ideas and such? I would love to actually have a conversation and fellowship concerning things of the Holy Spirit; I need more of the Holy Spirit in my life.....so let's talk about it, pray about it; welcome the Holy Spirit each day into each others lives and into this forum.

'Sighs too deep for words" is beautiful, 'Thirsty for You' is a great song, "Holy Spirit, Cleansing Fire'.....however is my favorite so far. I want you all to know....this puts a burden on my heart; I am still a 'wanna-be'. Bob Dylan said, "Learn your song well before you start singing". I believe that; if a person is an avid sailor, they will write about the sea, If I were very intersted in baseball I would probably write a song about it. Likewise..if I were to immerse more in the Holy Spirit instead of this world around me, God would give me 'words to speak' of things of the Holy Spirit. I know I have been 'called' to this....but 'many are called'. I need to ask, "What is stopping me". Good work everyone, please pray for the Spirit to work in me.

Song based out of the idea that we NEED God more than our daily bread (Job 23:12; Matthew 4:4) and the comment moses made to God in Exodus 33:15. Moses wasn't taking 1 more step unless God's presence was with him. Not just the blessing, but the presence was his desire.
Hope this song will be useful.
