Ooh - ooh!  Also, Rain Down that Delirious? does - Martin Smith & Stuart Garrard.  It starts with the darkness of a thunderstorm, in minor, and brightens to major on the chorus.  Marvelous song, whether or not you add instrumental thunder.  Bridge, "do not shut the heavens" is classical in style, wild and wonderful.
