Permalink Reply by Elaine Rose S. Caras on February 21, 2012 at 7:19am Yup :). It's just that these are the guidelines suited for our church considering our culture and location :)
But if you come to think of it, if i ever attend a service where worship leaders are wearing slippers, sleeveless shirts, shorts, or anything that we are not supposed to wear based on our guidelines, i would not really mind. It wouldn't really matter to me :) I guess the guidelines just wanna put the worship leaders in a "safe" position in terms of their clothing.

Permalink Reply by Stevo on February 21, 2012 at 3:57am Yea, I think that is a bit out there, but I think you're still in good standing with the Lord if that helps. This is a very grey area, so no one can really tell anyone what's right or wrong (I do think provocative dress is morally questionable), but I know a Batman t-shirt would be a little too casual for our situation.

Permalink Reply by Stevo on February 21, 2012 at 9:45pm Yea, good point. I need to stop doing that during church.
