Hmm... how about tying into that website they have where everybody is asked to post their visions, maybe tie that into the idea of the synoptic gospels? Pick a couple of stories that are included in 3 or 4 of the gospels and look at the different ways the stories are told, talk about why...
A big theme of the show is whether the FFs have to come true or not, so I suppose you could tie that into "can God's mind be changed by our prayers?"
Or, depending on how fundamentalist your church is, you could look at some of the things in the OT that the NT points to as "prophecies" of Christ, how the religious experts of the day (the Pharisees) pretty much missed the boat on most of those prophecies, and then look at some of the "second coming" prophecies and ideas that are popular today - and how maybe some of those things will "come true" in ways as unexpected as some of the prophecies about Jesus did...
